2- Make payment using online "Buy Now" button and options to pay via PayPal account or secure credit card that is also processed by PayPal. Checks are acceptable too and need to be made payable to "ParisAcademy Northwest"
3-Once we receive payment and registration form, we will
confirm the reservation.

Online Payments for Classes or Camps:

You can now email your registration form ( online form below or on each class page) and pay online using the "buy now" button. Once we receive payment and registration form, we will confirm the reservation.
Please note that "Buy Now" option on this page can be used to pay any flexible amount to ParisAcademy Northwest and should be only used if advised by our admin and in case school specific payment page has technical issues or temporarily unavailable due to site or PayPal maintenance.

Refund/cancellation policy for before/after school classes: - Up to 2 weeks before class start: 100% refund
- Up to 1 week before class start: 75% refund
- 2 days before first class: 50% refund
- No Refund after First class.
- If your student switch to another program we offer in your school, a
no-penalty switch may be possible. Conditions applies ( Space availability and teacher's permission).
- If a program is cancelled due to school, Academy, or not meeting minimum required a full refund will be applied after enrollment period.

We prioritize open communication with and are committed to responding promptly to all inquiries. We kindly request that all interactions remain respectful and professional. ParisAcademy Northwest reserves the right to discontinue services if any, hostile, or disruptive behavior is directed toward staff, students, or school partners.
